This is a shot taken off the balcony of this apartment. Looking south-west while a storm comes through yields great cloud movement, since that's where our weather comes from. This was more of a lightning storm than a rain storm. Lightning was striking every few seconds, consistently.
 
This shot is framed by the railing on the bottom and the wall on the right. This shot (and ones like it) aren't really interesting to shoot... You set up the shot you want and take pictures until the lightning cooperates. I was taking 10 second exposures at f/8 one right after another. This just happened to be a good one, where the lightning fit the frame.
